    The North Clackamas School District and the teachers union have reached a tentative agreement to amend the teachers' contract. The North Clackamas Education Association said members will have the chance to vote on the proposal Sept. 2 and the school board will vote Sept. 3. The agreement restores 43 teacher positions laid off Aug. 21, the union said. It also maintains the current number of instruction days and does not increase the district's budget.
